Later in the day, venture to the Roman ruins of Volubilis for an insightful guided tour. Subsequently, proceed to Fes, where a delectable Moroccan dinner awaits you at an authentic Riad nestled in the heart of Fes Medina. Spend the night at your Riad, enveloped in the charm of the surroundings.

Your journey will commence with a guided expedition through this ancient imperial city, commencing at the grand esplanade of the Royal Palace, showcasing its opulent architecture. Next, you will proceed to the 16th-century Borj Sud to relish a breathtaking panorama of the fortified city. Venturing into the UNESCO-designated Medina, you will lose yourself in its labyrinthine alleyways, enchanting marketplaces, historic madrassas, and hillside sanctuaries. Immerse yourself in the vibrant ambiance of Nejjarine Square and admire the Moroccan artistic treasures housed in the Dar Batha Museum. Embark on today's adventure after your morning meal by driving through the lush Saiss plains towards the Berber towns of Ifran and Azrou, nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains. These towns are renowned as ski resorts and favored destinations for locals seeking a winter or spring getaway. Journey through the cedar forest, where Barbary Monkeys roam freely, until you reach the Berber town of Midelt for a leisurely lunch. Traverse the scenic Ziz Valley, passing by breathtaking date palm tree oases, on your way to Errachidia, one of the prominent Moroccan cities in the Sahara desert. Pause briefly in Rissani, a revered town known as the ancestral home of Morocco's ruling dynasty. Then, continue your drive to Merzouga, where you will meet your camel caravan. Experience a magical camel ride through the Erg Chebbi dunes as the sun paints the sky in vibrant shades of orange at sunset. Arrive at your Sahara desert camp aboard your camel, settle into your private tent, and indulge in a traditional Moroccan dinner under the twinkling stars accompanied by the melodious beats of local nomadic drum music.
Embark on an early adventure for the early risers today. Following a hearty breakfast, our journey will kick off with a scenic drive to Rissani. The day in Rissani promises a visit to the historic sites such as the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, the esteemed founder of the Alaouites Dynasty, and a possible exploration of the renowned dates market. Our next destination is Tinghir, a notable Sahara desert oasis that once housed Jewish communities until the 1960s. You will be accompanied by a local guide to discover the Mellah, the ancient Jewish quarter, before proceeding to the picturesque Todgha oasis. Here, you can leisurely stroll by the stream sheltered by the oasis trees and observe the daily rituals of the indigenous Berbers. Prior to heading towards Marrakech, a stopover at the UNESCO-listed fortified village of Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou is scheduled. Our return journey to Marrakech will wind through the majestic High Atlas Mountains and the scenic Tizi N’tichka pass, with an anticipated late afternoon arrival in Marrakech.
