Reservations
You send us your inquiries/reservations by e-mail, fax, or phone then we send you back a written program within 24 hours. Once you agree with the terms, program, and rates, you will receive a final program and proforma invoice.
Payments Methods & Deposits
We require a 50% deposit of the total tour cost to guarantee your tour. Booking deposits can be paid using a credit card via PayPal, by international wire transfer to our bank, or via Western Union. Once you have paid the booking deposit, you’ll receive a booking confirmation via email. The remaining amount will be paid upon your arrival or cash (Dirhams, USD, Euros, or Pounds). All the bookings are guaranteed after we receive the deposit receipt.
Cancellation Terms
Any cancellation of a booking after an invoice has been raised must be sent in writing to our Company by e-mail cancellation by the client entails payment of different amounts depending on the date of cancellation:
Less than:
- 6 weeks: 20% of the total invoice
- 4 weeks: 30% of the total invoice
- 2 weeks: 50% of the total invoice
- 1 week: 80% of the total invoice
- 4 days: 100% of the total invoice
If the balance of the tour or excursion has not been paid and the reservation is subsequently canceled within the 6 weeks period prior to departure, the client must pay the amount as set out in the above cancellation charges.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in our prices. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package covering luggage loss, curtailment, medical emergency, including repatriation, cancellation, and stay interruption.
Child Policy Terms
- Children aged 2-5 years are free of charge
- Children aged 6-12 years qualify for a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults (parents) maximum of 1 child per family.
Amendments Of The Tours & Excursions
We will make every effort to alter your arrangements but we cannot guarantee this will be possible all the time, especially in the high season. Should an amendment by a client be requested outside the 6 weeks before departure date might occur additional charges which we will quote on the supplement.
Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements to be permitted to enter Morocco, including passport, visa, and health requirements. All travelers to Morocco must hold a passport with 6 months validity beyond the date of return from Morocco. It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to ensure that all passport and visa meet the requirements
Responsibility
The Company cannot be held responsible for a cancellation imposed by circumstances having a character of the cause, beyond control, and/or for reasons related to the safety of the participants.
The Company has the right to extend or modify a trip itinerary, means of transport, accommodation due to weather, medical emergency, political developments, strikes, or other events beyond the company’s control.
Any associated extra fees are the responsibility of the tour participants. Our Company, will not issue refunds for clients who withdraw from the tour for any reason.
Privacy
Your personal information will be used to make bookings with hotels, and any other third party to arrange your travel. We will not sell or give individual names or any other information to third parties. Moreover, we reserve the right to disclose customer information for the purpose of taking legal actions against anyone who may be violating our rights, or whenever anyone else is harmed by any such abuses
